GENERAL CONDITIONS

These general conditions apply, without restriction or reservation, to sales made by the company Etternity Dermal, located at C/ Libreros, 1, 1-A, Alcalá de Henares, 28801, Madrid, registered in the Madrid Mercantile Registry, Volume: 37,127, Folio: 171, Section: 8, Page: M-662690, Inscription 2, Tax Identification Code B66382201 to customers who purchase the products offered for sale through the website.

These sales are distance sales regulated by the Spanish legislation in force on the matter.

These general conditions of sale are accessible at all times from the Web site and shall prevail over any other document with which they contradict, without prejudice to the provisions of current legislation.

The validation of the order by the customer implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. In the event that these general conditions of sale are modified, they will be binding for all purchases made after their publication on the Web site.

Customer registration

In order to place an order, the user must register as a customer before or during the order process, and will be taken to a page where he/she will be asked to fill in all the information necessary to open an account if it is the first order, or to identify him/herself if he/she already has an account.

The information required to open an account is: first name, last name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address, username, password and VAT number in case of professionals.

Products

All products are new, and are presented in their original packaging or seal.

Returns will only be accepted if a product arrives in poor condition due to factory or shipping problems or if it is defective.

Prices

Prices are expressed in EUROS, taxes included, and do not include shipping costs or, if applicable, cash on delivery, unless expressly indicated otherwise on the specific product. The prices shown may be revised and modified if conditions so require at any time. Products are available for sale while supplies last.

The products are served according to the rates in force on the website at the time of order registration.

Shipping Policies

Delivery Times

Order Processing:
All orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.

Shipping Times:
The estimated delivery time depends on the recipient’s location:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
  • International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days, subject to the customs regulations of the destination country.

Holidays and Special Circumstances:
Delivery times may be extended during high-demand periods (such as special promotions or holidays) or due to external factors like logistical delays.

Shipping Costs

Standard Costs:

  • Domestic shipping: Starting from 4,79 amount in local currency, depending on the weight and size of the package.
  • International shipping: Costs vary by region and are calculated at the time of order.

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders exceeding 85 amount (applies only within the national territory or as per the current promotion).

Additional Charges:

  • Taxes, duties, or customs fees applicable to international shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions of Return:

“Have you changed your mind about your order? Don’t worry, returns are very easy!

To make a return, please send an email to ecommerce@pressensa.com with your order details, indicating what you wish to return and the reason. We will assist you with the return process as quickly as possible.

Returns must be made within 14 calendar days, and we do not accept returns for opened, used, or non-original packaging products. Once we receive the returned product and confirm its good condition, we will process the refund immediately using the same payment method used to place the order (except for cash on delivery payments, which will be refunded via bank transfer). In the case of returns, except for our own errors in the order or damaged products, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our own error in the order or a damaged product, there will be no cost to the customer, and we will promptly send the correct order at no additional shipping cost. We will quickly resolve the issue for you.

  1. Send an email to ecommerce@pressensa.com, and our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions.
  2. Prepare the package! It’s important to keep the products and their original packaging.
  3. Send it to Etternity dermal, and choose the shipping method that best suits your needs. Remember to keep the receipt!
  4. We will verify the return and contact you again to process the refund.
